Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Co-ordinating the opening and closing of the event centre.Ensuring the Event hall is well maintained.
Supporting clients with audiovisual set up and use throughout the event.
Handling maintenance issues or equipment faults.
Maintaining a high quality, well-presented event hall by ensuring the venue is clean and tidy throughout the day, Liaising with the cleaners to ensure high standards are met, ensuring maintenance of power supply, AC etc.
Regularly checking toilet facilities throughout the event for cleanliness and stock flow.
Replenishing stock and alerting venue Manager of new stock required.
Manage and maintain all venue equipment.
General building maintenance.
Support in the operational setup of events.
Interested candidates should possess HND / OND qualification.
3 – 5 years experience.
An understanding of Health & Safety measures.
Ability to use power tools and work on general hall maintenance.
An understanding of electrical and sound systems.
A flexible attitude and willingness to work extended hours.
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
